RE: CABLE TV FRANCHISE RENEWAL

The City of Blue Springs’ and the City of Wymore’s cable TV franchise agreements with Zito Media are set to expire at the end of 2015. Pursuant to the Federal Communications Act of 1934, Zito Media has made a request with both Blue Springs and Wymore to renew the franchise agreements prior to their expiration.
If you are a cable TV subscriber of Zito Media, we would like to hear from you as to concerns or issues you may have with the quality of service that you receive from Zito Media. To that end, the Blue Springs City Council and the Wymore City Council will be holding public hearings to receive subscriber’s comments and concerns. The public hearing before the Blue Springs City Council will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 7:30 p.m., and the public hearing before the Wymore City Council will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 7:00 p. m.


If you cannot attend the public hearing before the Blue Springs City Council on April 2^nd, but desire to submit comments and concerns, you are welcome to attend the public hearing before the Wymore City Council on April 3^rd and submit your comments and concerns at that time. If you cannot attend either hearing, you may submit written comments and concerns to the City of Blue Springs by mail to the following address: City of Blue Springs, P.O. Box 25, Blue Springs, NE 68318. We ask that all written comments be submitted to the City of Blue Springs by May 1, 2013.
