PLANNING & ZONING: APPLICATIONS FOR BUILDING PERMITS AS SUBMITTED: No new applications. DEMOLITION PROJECT: Debris may now be removed from the site of a controlled burn. Progress being made with cleanup that should enable controlled burn of one structure by end of August. October is planned for another controlled burn . Suggestions were made (Carothers) for potential future demolitions. CLEAN-UP/VEHICLES: Court date for one property owner but project may be completed by then. One property owner plans to deed the property over to another individual and legal process will be dismissed from original property owner. Rainey identified a problem area whereat there is a potentiality of harm. JOB APPLICATIONS AS RECEIVED, WITH CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION ADDRESSED: One application has been received. More are anticipated. People Service was a suggestion by Carothers, who will make arrangements for presentation at a future meeting in order to consider an alternative action plan.
