Adams also indicated that One Property at a Time had plans to pay for other inspections. He also shared progress report of other properties as relevant to action by the City Attorney. Adams advised that One Property at a Time would reimburse the City for dirt work at several locations, and a schedule of charges will be provided. CLEAN-UP: Adams mentioned properties to be brought to the attention of City Attorney. Determination was made to send a courtesy clean up to one property occupant. PLANNING AND ZONING: No new applications. CITY PICKUP - PURCHASE OPTIONS: Efforts continue to locate a cost- suitable truck sufficient to City needs.
