• September 16, 2025 Regular Session: 7:00 PM - Blue Springs City Hall --Mayor Sedlacek called the meeting to order, and roll call was taken. PRESENT: Mayor Sedlacek, Council members Neumann, Rainey, Reedy, Riensche ABSENT: OTHERS PRESENT: Notice of the Hearing/Meeting was given in advance by posting in at least three public places as shown by the certificate of posting placed on file. Notice of the hearing/meeting was simultaneously given to the Mayor and all members of the City Council and a copy of their acknowledgment of receipt and agenda are placed on file. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the advance notice to the Mayor and City Council of the hearing/meeting. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion (Neumann), second (Riensche), 4-0 affirmative vote to approve September 2, 2025 – 2025-2026 Budget, Special Meeting, and Regular Meeting minutes. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS: Motion (Riensche), second (Neumann), 4-0 affirmative vote to approve claims as herein listed: NE Dept. of Revenue (10) - $111.13; Payroll - $1,168.36; Black Hills Energy - $59.59; Fairbury Journal-News - $58.94; Lauby Plumbing/Heating/Air - $20.73; Norris Public Power - $1,065.06; One-Call Concepts - $1.64; O’Reilly Automotive - $9.09; Postmaster - $278.00; Temp Disposal Service (Mandatory) - $2,669.22; Ullman Auto Sales - $229.95; Visa - $758.39; Windstream - $111.76; TOTAL CLAIMS: $6,541.86. PLANNING AND ZONING APPLICATIONS FOR BUILDING PERMITS AS SUBMITTED: No new applications. DEMOLITION PROJECT: Signatures outstanding yet for owner consent for one property. CLEAN UP/VEHICLES: No new information.
