January 4, 2022 An Emergency Meeting of Mayor and Council of Blue Springs, Nebraska was held the 4th day of January, 2022, at 7PM. at the Blue Springs City Hall. PRESENT: Mayor Meyer; Council members Reedy, Sedlacek, Seeman (by telephone) ABSENT; Council member Neumann OTHERS PRESENT: Mayor Meyer declared an emergency meeting. Motion (Reedy), second (Seeman), and vote (3-0 affirmative) to approve as sent minutes for the December 21, 2021 Emergency meeting and December 28, 2021 Special Meeting. After review -- motion (Reedy) , second (Seeman ), and vote (3-0 affirmative) : to approve claims: Bank Direct - Internal Revenue Service (941) - $2,603.39; Payroll $3,941.53; NE Dept. of Revenue - (941N) - $322.78; Norris Public Power - $1,041.64; One-Call Concepts - $3.84; Milton Pike (Tel. Comp.) - $25.00; Milton Pike (Post. Reimb.- Water Sample) - $26.75; Security First Bank (IRA/Pike) - $55.00; Temps Disposal Service (Mandatory Garbage) - $2,444.89;Jay Woodyard (Demo Project - Dirt) - $250.00; Milford Woutzke - (Tel. Comp.) - 5.00; Wymore Oil Company - $55.90; TOTAL CLAIMS: $10,775.72.
