Notice of the Regular meeting was given in advance by posting in at least three public places as shown by the certificate of posting placed on file. Notice of the hearing/meeting was simultaneously given to the Mayor and all members of the City Council and a copy of their acknowledgment of receipt and agenda are placed on file. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the advance notice to the Mayor and City Council of the hearing/meeting. WATER PROJECT/STATE REVOLVING FUND/NEXT STEP: Motion (Reedy), second (Sedlacek) and followed by a 4-0 affirmative vote to initiate the next step by authorizing Mayoral signature on the SRF Pre- application which is being sent to Gilmore and Associates for completion. PLANNING & ZONING - APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT #22-7 (INCLUDING DETERMINATION OF LOT CORNERS): Per Hagerman, 22-7, as well as 22-8 (previously approved) are to be recalculated and updated for future consideration. DEMOLITION PROJECT: Study continues to determine interest and access areas for demolition rubble. CLEAN-UP: No new actions taken on existing locations on the list. ZITO MEDIA CONTRACT RENEWAL /RESOLUTION 2022-6: A copy of the resolution is being forwarded to Attorney Carothers for his assessment, and the topic will be revisited at the next Regular meeting. FIRE DEPT REQUEST FOR MFA/MFO FUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT: Munstermann and Creek provided a copy of minimum “truck needs” ($8,960.21 -- attached to office copy of minutes) and requested consideration of members. Certain variables were discussed, resulting in a motion (Reedy), second (Neumann), and 4-0 affirmative vote for $20,000 to be provided from MFO/MFA funds for the purchase of “ needed supplies/equipment.” NEXT AGENDA: WATER PROJECT/STATE REVOLVING FUND PLANNING & ZONING - APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMITS (as submitted) DEMOLITION PROJECT CLEAN-UP ZITO MIDWEST CONTRACT/RESOLUTION 2022-6 There being no further business, a motion was made by Neumann at 8:20 PM to adjourn.
